She's cheating. They ALWAYS cheat. This was just a poor attempt to hide the incriminating evidence that is the heart necklace.

Get a necklace from a girlfriend or buy a girl you know one. See how she likes it. Basically testing a theory. Don't go buying your girl a "better one". Your not in competition with her "friend".

Getting a necklace off of someone, even a heart shaped one, doesn't mean you're sleeping with them. Friends get me stuff like that all the time, I'm not sleeping with any of them and their all in relationships.

I don't think you should overreact. Personally, I wouldn't see it as anything special. maybe the guy has already come on to her, and she said no? so she thinks its fine bcuz he knows her feelings. fyl, tho...tho
