It's really not that big of a deal. Women get their upper-lips waxed all the time. The first time you get it waxed, it hurts like a bitch and a half, but after that, if you do it regularly, it stops hurting. And you're probably just seeing the fine white hairs on your lip that aren't visible unless that lighting is a certain way. But DO NOT shave it!! If you do, the hairs will grow back looking darker and it will be stubble-y growing back. At least you don't have a few weird-looking long hairs growing from your chin. :/
