Today, we're expecting a baby in 6 weeks. I had my whole family vaccinated for whooping cough as per recommendation by our GP and midwives. The father of the child suddenly decided that he'll be too embarrassed to ask his family to do the same in case they think we're those overprotective nuts. FML

Either make him tell them to all get vaccinated, or keep yourself and the child away from them until they are vacinated. Illnesses like whooping cough can kill babies, its not being overprotective, its being smart.
