Just because someone is a medical professional doesn't mean that they want to jump everything that moves. This needs to be a serious discussion, not an assumption on your part that she should be ready just because you are. This is very true. I'm in healthcare and have seen more penises than a prostitute, some just flopping in the wind, and I have never thought "Wow, that arouses me." My husband on the other hand does. Even if he did have to wait, because while he isn't religious and didn't care about pre-marital sex, I did. Also, if it is truly insecurity and not wanting to wait until marriage, complaining on FML is not going to help. Be sincere. Be empathetic. And if you rush her, she'll start to resent you and lock that shit up tighter than the Federal Reserve. Insecurity only gets worse with negative feedback.
