Today, my friend had a seizure then blacked out in my car. I had to drive her to the hospital. I did CPR and chest compressions at every red light. My boyfriend broke up with me because he didn't believe me and thought I was with a guy. I guess saving her life wasn't as important as being with him.

He's not worth it if he can't trust you anyways

Since apparently people like jumping to conclusions about medical conditions without even cursory research: Seizures can cause cardiac arrest. Not only that, but just having a condition that causes seizures increases a person's risk of randomly going into cardiac arrest. Cardiac arrest can also cause movements that resemble a seizure. It's almost like people should spend a few minutes reading about a medical condition before automatically assuming someone is lying.

Sorry but something smells very funny with this. Blacked out after a seizure and you did chest compressions. I'm not doctor but their heart didn't stop so why?

It's entirely possible that her heart did stop. I have severe epilepsy and have gone into cardiac arrest multiple times during seizures.
