My advice to you and your family: Don't go.
So do one of the two options I use in that situation. 1) double up on masks when there, or 2) not go.
Mask up a 4 yo and a newborn?
And that, OP, is exactly when you just excuse yourself (or just don't go and turn off anything they could bother you on), pour yourself a drink and enjoy your day with your family.
There’s no law that says you have to spend time with them just because they’re family.
You don't "HAVE" to do anything..... think of your children first.....
Also, I hope you called CPS on your stepsister-in-law for not vaccinating her child.
