Today, I went to the gynecologist for the first time. I was so nervous that when she extended her hand to shake mine, I gave her my handbag instead. FML

Yes, taking money is all we do. We don't take out diseased organs, save lives, keep you healthy, or anything good. We're only good at wallet biopsies.

I thought that was some American custom. The patient greets the doctor, then shows them they have been successful enough in life to be worth saving and the doctor escorts them in? Here in the wilderness of Canadialand we just show up and pray they're not too busy to work their magic on us.

74 please go soon then my cousins one was 22 died from uterine cancer and one was 24 years old died from breast cancer. I at 28 am supposed to have a hysterectomy- where they remove all of your female parts that carry a baby and a double mastectomy- removal of boobs all because I've got an 80% chance of getting one of the cancers I mentioned or both

Ok going to the gyno isn't "that" bad. Unless you were going there for another reason other than a check up. As long as you relax it's fine. And she's a girl so it's nothing new down there. (hopefully) But make sure your doctor washed her hands before shaking yours:/
