Today, I discovered that the only reason my friend invites me over anymore, is because I'm the only one of his friends that will help him with all his chores and even do the ones he doesn't want to do. FML

This could be looked at a few ways. First, that shouldn't be the only reason he invites you over, if it is, find new friends. If he hangs with you after his chores are done and you guys have fun and share awesome stories together, continue going over. Plus, it is kinda a compliment to you to know that he believes your the only friend he has who's helpful like that.
