uh, so? I get early nights pretty much EVERY night so i can wake up early. It's a sensible thing to do; it' good to have self disapline. [I had really bad fatigue too though, so i'm trying to recover from that as well.] But YDI if you didn't want them to know. No one forced you to say it.
