Today, while at a family gathering, my teenage sister-in-law felt the need to loudly point out, several times, that her selfie got more 'likes' than my pregnancy announcement. FML

Why is it the people in society today are so obsessed with social media and their devices? What ever happened the face - to - face human interaction? Of course I am writing a comment to an FML on my phone and realize that I am no better than anybody else.

I don't see why this is a FML, because it shouldn't matter enough to be an issue. It is like worrying that your high school sister that got an A+ for an photography class...while you getting an B for your science degree.
