thats really pathetic...your obviously not commited to your goals...also its not up to others to make sure you eat healthy its up to you...grow up and learn to help yourself
That is disgusting, you clearly need to go on this diet but you also need to pace yourself and realise diet's only work if you are 100% committed to them. Don't eat in the bathroom, unless you want to get sick.

So if you find yourself doing this, a few things: 1. You may actually need more calories. 'Burn weight by not eating' is not something that actually causes long-term weight loss; it just drops a few pounds for a few months and then you gain even more in the long term. 2. Subsitutions work better. A chocolate candy isn't a good idea, but you can add cocoa powder to most drinks and smoothies--make a mocha at home, or a chocolate banana smoothie, and you've got a healthy source of food. 3. Remember fats. Keto isn't necessary, but fish, avocado, nuts, and other fatty foods are really good for you, and chocolate is largely cacao butter. If you're craving fatty foods, try making guacamole and using it as salad dressing--nice and crunchy and healthy.
