Today, I found out that the only reason my husband agreed to marriage counselling is because he finds our therapist attractive. FML

Well, if that's the reason he agreed to counselling, it's unlikely he would put in the effort required to make the marriage work. You might have to come to terms with that.

I'm no Dr Phil... I could never pull off a mustache that awesome... but it sounds like your husband is a tool. Divorce him and find a nice guy... or gal, I mean it's legal so why the hell not right?

Is that the reason? Or are you at counselling because of your insane jealousy and distrust? JK Hot or not stick with it if she is good at her job. Remember a counselling session isn't an emotional boxing session. It's about learning to safely and appropriately deliver and receive each other's message

Unfortunately, if her husband is only there to stare at the therapist and his heart isn't in the counseling, he's not going to benefit from it.
