Well at least the girlie bits are alright!
Benadryl until the rash goes away. Once it does, go to your doctor and ask about having the grass allergy diagnosed in order to get targeted allergy treatment- they have methods that can desensitize you to the allergy. If it isn't a pesticide or insecticide that was on the grass, which I hope it wasn't. But yeah, Benadryl (up to 50 mg - two 25mg tablets), a cool or warm shower with mild soap, rinse with water with oatmeal in it (One cup oatmeal to one gallon water- unflavored and unsweetened oatmeal), and pat dry. Don't rinse off the 'film' the oatmeal water will leave behind- it should keep you from breaking back out in a rash. Also, get some pet wipes to wipe your companion off with when they come inside, or you'll get secondary exposure not just from the pup themself, but everywhere they go in your house. Keep an eye on them too, for a few weeks- just in case it was some sort of chemical spray on the grass.
