My husband doesn't last very long either typically, but he ALWAYS takes time to pleasure me in other ways and I have the best orgasms of my life! And multiple to boot. It isn't always about sex. Most women cannot ****** with penetrative sex alone, so you might encourage him to be more giving and proactive.
