I don't really see why 7 minutes is so bad. If there's adequate foreplay to get you turned on enough, it seems like 7 minutes would be enough time to ****** with him. Maybe the issue is with attentiveness before intercourse rather than how long he is lasting.

Tell your husband to hang a towel on his erection and lift the towel up and down. Do this for several reps and a few sets. Once he gets the control of this lift technique down well. Tell him to hold the towel up and hold it in this position as long as possible and to do this with a decrease sets of the other exercise. Then during sex tell him to slow his breathing and just squeeze that muscle (lift the towel) as long as possible releasing only to rest the muscle to squeeze it again. Are you sure you know as much about sex as you think you do? You don't jump into bed, do it like rabbits and dress again (at least not normally). It's pretty normal to have 20-40 minutes of foreplay including kissing, oral etc.. Usually the woman orgasms at least once during foreplay. The actual "humping" is just the peak of the mountain and doesn't take longer than a few minutes if the couple doesn't decide to take pauses or change positions alot (jacking him off before helps as well). It's not like **** ... Most women I know (me included) will get sore if it takes too long and I definitely wouldn't want a boyfriend who takes 20 minutes to climax. Ouch ... If you are one of the rare cases of women who can only ****** through vaginal stimulation you can also fool around with sex toys etc. during foreplay. Don't just blame your husband, make suggestions and be creative.

Whats funny is a man can be with a woman who turns him on so much he doesnt last long at all, Or he can be with a woman who he isnt that turned on by, and saw away on her for an hour. If it makes you feel any better OP, studies have shown that the average amount of time that men last in bed in the US is 5 and a half minutes. So this time you've gone over the average? And you've made progress regardless so maybe build up from there?
