Today I got a call back from a job I wanted and was told I didn't get the job because the interviewer said I got off subject by discussing pokemon go. I only made a comment about playing because he stopped me in the middle of the interview to catch a Dratini across the street at the 7-11. FML.

Today, I boiled some pasta for dinner. I noticed a weird white flakey stuff on the water as it boiled and the water boiled over unnaturally. Turns out, I boiled the paper plate I had placed between the pot and strainer insert to keep them from scratching each other. Paper linguine anyone? FML.

Today, I had to train a new server at work. Unlike everyone else, I had the one trainee who didn't do his job or help in anyway. In fact, he made me lose tips because he wouldn't quit talking to my customers. My boss came up to me and told me to let him wander because he's less annoying. FML
