Today, I found the iPod touch that my mother claimed was stolen at the mall a few years ago, lying on her bed, still logged in to her Facebook. Thanks, mom. FML

Today, I found out that my mom uses my Facebook account more than I do. FML
Today, I found my daughter's brand new ipod touch. At the bottom of the washing machine. FML
Today, my mother "checked in" to rehab on Facebook. The same rehab that told her to hand over her smartphone. The dumbass was smart enough to steal my phone and dumb enough to get it confiscated. FML
Today, I found out that my mom has linked my iPhone with her iPad and has been secretly reading my texts. FML
Today, I found a topless photo of my mother on my phone. Thanks, iCloud. FML
Today, after working the night shift, I accidentally left my iPod at the office. I woke up later and went on Facebook. To my dismay, I saw some coworker had posted stuff on my wall, such as, "I really have to take a shit!" and "Yes, my tits are real!" FML
Today, I noticed that my mom had left the house without her cell phone. I called her phone to let her know she forgot it. FML
Today, my dad let me use his phone. Five minutes later, he had my mom call it because he thought he'd lost it. FML
Today, while on vacation with my family, my mother told me to put my phone in her purse, so it wouldn't get stolen. Someone stole her purse. FML
Today, my girlfriend thought it would be funny to go to the Apple store and log me on to Facebook on every single computer. FML

If it had been your iPod in the first place, I say you should take it back. Say nothing and just see if she notices. If she comes to confront you about it, you can confront her about lying. If she says nothing then you'll know that she was hiding it from you on purpose and you get a free iPod.

How do you know it was specifically your ipod? I'm sure your mother has enough money to buy her own ipod. so please don't assume it is yours unless it has markings from you .

I'm pretty sure OP figured out it was his before writing this. Also, since he just found out his mom had an iPod touch, I'm assuming she has been sneakily using it. If she had bought it herself there would've been nothing to hide.
