That's so stupid. Never fake it. The first time my boyfriend did it to me, I just couldn't come. I told him I was enjoying it (which I was) but I was unable to at the moment. We switched to him screwing me and the next time he did it, I was able to. If he is bad at it, guide him to what you want (do "I" statements.
