sorry about this. but some comments here have been incorrect (not that its their fault, they couls be misinformed). you can get it by heritage (so ask youre mum or dad if they have it), you cant get it from a toilet seat (it needs a host, as others have said) and it cant be cured, you can treat it and stop an outbreak, but outbreaks will occur for the rest of your life. sorry.

It's unlikely, but very possible you inherited it from one of your parents, OP. Flare ups don't necessarily happen immediately, or so I have heard. It is also possible you got it from another source, but who knows. This is one of those few FMLs that is truly worthy of a 'FYL', because. . Truly, your life is partially ******. Sorry OP! D:

If he/she says they're a virgin, then they're a virgin. Who are you to tell him/her what he/she is? You don't his/her sex life. Oral counts as sex; as too, does anal.
