I say he's using you and has no qualms because "if I'm being honest, it's not wrong". But the fact is that it's wrong, period. If he wants someone else, explain, have an adult, mature breakup that doesn't involve kicking, screaming, and crying, and send him off. And find someone more appreciative. But don't let them use you like that.

Yeah. It's easy to be brutally honest when you don't care at all about the other person's feelings. Be "honest" with him, and tell him you're relieved, because you didn't know how to tell him he was awful in bed because his penis is just so damn little you could barely feel it.
