Powerful spray
Today, I had my window opened slightly, without a screen behind it. I walked into the living room and smelled a skunk. I looked out the window and saw a skunk, so I quickly closed the window. However, it was too late. Before I could do so, it turned and sprayed me, a few meters of my house, and our front porch too. FML

Today, I found out that I have mice because my landlady got rid of the community cats that were keeping them outside, and apparently my cats aren't taking care of them. I found out when I turned on my oven and my apartment was filled with an awful smell that turned out to be burning mouse crap. FML

This FML could've been so much worse. Imagine if the skunk stayed alive for a bit while still ignited. It would have panicked and ran through the building, setting that ablaze. Before you know it, the OP is having burnt toast with the devil, instead of writing FML's.
