To be honest that's actually not an uncommon fetish, though I do believe this is the first time I've heard of someone using a fake baby-belly to satisfy it. But as far as fetishes go, it's not the worst one to let him indulge in, and he's already come up with a solution that causes you minimal harm (as opposed to knocking you up a lot or cheating on you for instance) so you should give the man some credit. I say indulge him, and then use it as leverage next time you want to try something he's reluctant to do.

I remember reading somewhere about how some men with a pregnancy fetish go around poking holes in condoms. At least your husband is honest with you OP... but I wouldn't rely on just condoms, just in case.
