Today, at work, we finally got a digital projector so our theater can show 3D movies. Our first movie is The Jonas Brothers Concert. FML

Today, I went to a movie with my boyfriend. In the lobby, I asked why the glasses were not working. I said, "Do they only work inside the theater?" My boyfriend replied, "3-D glasses just work inside the movie, everything else in the World is pretty much 3-D." FML
Today, I went to the movies with my boyfriend. The movie was in 3D, and he couldn't help but notice it would be much cooler if you could feel what the characters did. He spent the next two hours slapping me every time the person in the movie did, claiming the movie would be "better". FML
Today, I got excited because I found Monsters University and The Croods online, neither of which I've seen. I'm 33, single, and it's Saturday night. FML
Today, I watched Gigli. FML
Today, I had to leave the movie theater early because I couldn't fit in the chairs. I guess I'll see it when it comes out on DVD. FML
Today, I brought home my 3D glasses after a movie. I had a laugh about it until I realized that I put my $100 sunglasses in the recycle box outside of the theatre instead. FML
Today, I went to see Jackass 3 in 3D. While the previews were playing, some guy sitting next to me leaned over and began telling me what happens in every scene, completely ruining the movie for me. He tried to get my number afterwards. FML
Today, I saw Avatar in iMax 3D. Towards the end of the movie I jump, yelled, and spilled my drink all over the people in front of me because I thought a burning piece of ash landed on my leg. FML
Today, I got to the movie theater early to avoid missing the previews. I sat through 20 minutes of trailers before realizing I was in the wrong auditorium. FML
Today, I went to a movie with a girl I went to high school with. There was a preview for an upcoming 3D movie. I asked her if she had ever seen a 3D movie before. She told me she couldn't because she is blind in one eye. Apparently it's a "sensitive subject." FML

I was lining up at the movie theater for Watchmen the other day and saw the preview clips of that movie on the hanging LCD screens around the hallways. (Thank god it was too noisy with the lineups to hear any of it) I already felt bad for the poor souls who have to work in theater cleaning up after that show and listening to the screaming tween girls. You're right. FYL

uhm.. that is great! I went to see The Jonas Brothers' 3D concert opening weekend! Febuary 28th, 2009 @ 8:00 p.m. was like one of the best nights of my life! :D (so NOT being sarcastic!!

I work at a theater and we also JUST got the new RealD 3D equip. and Our first show is also Jonas Brothers 3d Concert Experience. Quite sad.

oh and update, we avg about maybe 3 people per showing...loss of money for us since that is one whole theater that can be used for another movie.
