Advice from someone who faced the same thing, but for many months: run. But cleverly. Start acting like you have no personality, barely react to her, but don't make it obvious that you're planning on leaving, and just slowly back out that way. The less unexpected the blow, the better she'll handle it. Or better yet, she'll claim the change in you is too much to handle and leave. Or just fake your own death. Probably the easier thing to do.

Don't go over the top. Casually breaking up with her and explaining to her what lead you to that decision is best. She's manipulating you by saying that, and that's an early sign for you to high-tail it out of there.
