I had a few run ins with some of those! I eventually told them its not my problem (only because I knew they wouldn't) and went on with life.

do it. if she's serious she needs help and a suicide attempt will get the eyes of the doctors on her. if she's not, then you'll know and she'll have learned a valuable lesson in emotional blackmail sometimes costs you more than you're willing to pay. either way, she's unstable, call the doctors and pack your shit and go
