Get a lawyer, during a divorce you get can stuff out if her (money, house, belongs, exc) if she's in a relationship during the time of the divorce.

So since you signed the papers that means the divorce is final, correct? Then why is she still in your house? Or are you living in her house? Hummmmm??? If it's your house, walk over, take the phone, slam it down and tell her to "Get The **** Out" Then go find yourself a nice nubile 19 to 20 year old and get your brains ****** out. Or better yet, arrange to have said nubile wench come over and blow you while the ex watches, with you telling her all the time, "This is how a REAL woman treats her man." Incorrect. Signing the papers is merely an acknowledgment and acceptance of the divorce. It isn't final until the judge rules it so (which is usually a two-month process). That said, I do agree with you that they should NOT be living in the same house at this point!!! I don't agree with the revenge part, though. That's just not healthy, and at this point it would still be considered infidelity on his part. He shouldn't do anything to make it worse for himself, which this would
