Not sure if this is a FYL or a YDI. OP never specified /why/ there was a divorce. Maybe he cheated, and it's her way of telling him to go f*ck himself? Maybe she's a cheating bitch? We don't know.

Actually, if you read the comments (not that I'd expect you to -- there are a lot of comments!), he has chimed in and said that she hooked up with him during Mardi Gras, so likely no cheating on his part. He also seems genuinely jilted by this whole ordeal, so I doubt it's an all-out YDI. Most divorces stem from problems on both sides. It's how we deal with them which determines "FYL" or "YDI".
