Sweet talking

Today, I called my mobile phone provider to end my contract. A sales rep spent over half an hour trying to convince me to reconsider, and I kept refusing. I ended up breaking down and accepting a "more economical" contract, which I didn't notice costs almost twice as much as the last one. FML

Apparently in your brain "no" means "Please **** me over monthly for the next 2 years."

Damn those salespeople with their honeyed voices!!! You have a cooling off period! Call her now to cancel it!!!!

Damn, sounds like a car salesman.

I guess more contract you sell the more commission you earn. Good job on the salesmans part.

I used to work as a sales rep, we got a base wage and commission for each sale. However we were subject to penalties and fines if there are valid complaints/findings against you!

You should always read the final print.

Hate it when they do that... That's why they're put there. Salesmen will go to hell with the lawyers.

Pretty sure I won't, but I'll wave to you from Heaven. Not all sales people are obnoxious and pushy. Some of us just know our product and how to create loyal customers.

I bet it was AT&T. Those bastards can make you do anything.

Since OP is from canada, theres no AT&T here. It was probably Rogers. Now THEY are sneaky bastards.

I actually work for Rogers... OP if they didn't give you the price you can back out of it... They'll listen to the recording

Oh man I hate ROGER lol I had it for like a week-___-

I've actually never had a problem with Rogers. Bell on the other hand, they're the worst of the worst.

If he didn't tell you the price then you shouldn't have accepted the offer, learn to be less gullible next time
