Today, my apparently braindead and now ex-boyfriend asked me if "this period thing" is going to happen a lot, and said that if it is, "we're so done." FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Today, my boyfriend clearly stated that I was "useless" when on my period. FML
Today, my cheater of an ex-boyfriend sent me one of his many messages proclaiming his new-found love for me, and in the middle of it asked me how my period was going. FML
Antidate
Today, I was having the worst period cramps you could ever imagine. I cancelled the date I had with my "boyfriend." He replied, “Isn’t there some medicine you can take to make it go away?” When I told him I did and still had them, he said, “Fine, lose my number, I’ll find a girl who doesn’t have that shit.” FML
Today, while I was at my boyfriend's house, I got my period. About an hour after I told him, he impatiently said, "Is it over yet?" FML
Is this Brexit?
Today, in the same sentence, my boyfriend told me that he wanted to "spend the rest of his life with me," and "I want to break up with you because I can't face your family." FML
Yikes
Today, my boyfriend of two years sent me a text message saying, "Don't worry I'm gonna break up with her soon. Love you." FML
Today, my boyfriend asked me to start using a period tracker app so I can tell him which week of each month he needs to "stay the hell away" from me. FML
Today, I am pregnant, and my boyfriend dumped me, saying that he didn't want to be stuck in anything too serious. FML
Got it
Today, my ex asked me if I would reconsider a future with him. I said, “Only if we can learn to communicate effectively." He said, “Good talk, this time you actually got through to me.” Then he ceased all communication. FML
Panic!
Today, I told my boyfriend that I've missed my period, and that I think I might be pregnant. He started panicking and ended up puking in the toilet. FML

Tell him, "Yeah, stop questioning my health or I'll exclaim our split-up."

Well, look on the bright side -- your chances of eventually having kids with at least average IQ just shot way up.

Hmmmm.... I have to wonder if this was one of those "I have my period so I have a right to be a bitch to everyone and refuse to leave the house for a week" kind of situations, and that was what he was concerned about. Even if it's just the sex part... there are ways around that too. Unless you're dating a 15 year old, there's got to be more to the story.

Boys who ask that don't deserve sex, find a man OP.

If you date girls who are thin enough you'll never encounter a period. Just sayin!

Well OP, if you aren't going to be able to control yourself, who can blame him? Hormones can cause weird chemical reactions especially if said woman is on hormonal birth control & the added hormones are unnecessary.

She didn't mention anything about hormones or mood swings. Her boyfriend asked if she'd be getting her period often, apparently not realizing that it happens once a month.

Unless he's bisexual or into much older women, he's going to be disappointed in all his relationships.

I guess he doesn't know that they're called periods because they occur periodically.

I said it once and I'll say it again, acting mean or sad or hormonal is not ok just because you are on your period. You can control the hormonal imbalances by checking your diet and some other ways. Look into it
