Today, I was driving my 7-year-old daughter to school, when out of nowhere a bird smashed into the windshield. Instead of screaming or being traumatized by the gore like me, my daughter started laughing, eventually calling the bird a "stupid bastard". FML

Halloween

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.

Great start to the day.

yup you got a psychopath on your hands

You might want to get her checked by a psychologist.

Where'd she learn that phrase? Regardless, most little kids are weird. I wouldn't dwell on it too much!

yeah the only thing you need to worry about is when they say they see dead people.... that's when you get scared..

Haha Iv'e done that on the way to victoria years ago

I too like psychopath

that's hilarious. you either have one cool kid or a future psychopath serial murderer.

I can't really much that hasn't been said already. personally I would of laughed at the bird. then I would high five the kid. oh and people are ridiculous for telling each other off once this....

all you people saying it's hilarious are horrible, it's not hilarious at all. I've had birds fly into my house windows, I might say something along the lines of "stupid bird" but I'll also try to nurse it back to health, or take it to a vet of some sort, before I get the whole "the vets will just kill the bird anyway" at least I've tried to help it

That's awesome! It's important to find the humor in life and death. It's good your daughter has found it early in life.

Isn't it summer
