I once knew a bloke that did his back while reading the paper when he sneezed. And I once hurt my back at the gym putting a dumbell back on the rack (how ironic, i know), and a week later, just as i was feeling better, i was standing at the kitchen sink, and sneezed, and threw my back out again.
