Today, I nervously flirted with a very cute guy. Being a little overweight, I rarely think cute guys will go for me. This line of thinking was yet again correct when he casually pulled his sleeve up revealing a tattoo of a pinup girl with a "NO FAT CHICKS" sign below it. FML

Today, the only girl who likes me is a girl who is overweight and uses body acceptance as a reason to get mad at me for turning her down. Call me shallow but as someone who works out frequently, I don't want someone who douses herself with tattoos, thinking guys will fetishize her, instead of self-care. FML
Today, I was talking to my boyfriend about how I'm self conscious about my weight. He looks at me and says, "Don't worry babe, I've always been kind of a chubby chaser." FML
Today, I was wearing a new tank top that was really cute. I later was talking to an attractive guy and thought he was giggling at me because he thought I was being cute and funny. I then realized he was giggling at the fact that I'd only shaved one armpit. FML
Today, I saw a really cute guy in the grocery store. We made eye contact a few times and I was trying to work up the nerve to start a conversation. Instead, he screamed, "Yes, I know I’m fat, bitch. You don’t have to stare!” I got so many dirty looks I left immediately. I didn’t think he was fat. FML
Today, I was trying to look cute in front of this really nice guy. I sure hope he thinks smacking into a pole, rebounding backwards and knocking over an old man is cute. FML
Today, I went out with a guy who, about 20 minutes into our dinner, said, "Wow, you don't sweat much for a fat chick." FML
Today, a cute guy asked me if I was single. When I said yes, he said "Yeah, you look like the type", and walked away. FML
Today, I recieved a message on MySpace from a cute guy I've been talking to for a while. It read, "I saw a girl in Old Navy at the mall last night that looked a lot like you, but she was much fatter." I was in Old Navy at the mall last night. FML
Today, I sent a guy that I like a lot a picture of myself. I'd got all dressed up sexy and did my make-up. He sent me a reply saying, "Your cat is fat." FML
Today, I was at the gym, when a pretty overweight guy started staring and eventually taunting me. Let me tell you, lines such as "Lay off the cake, fatty!" and "I can see your gut hanging out your ass, for fuck's sake!" don't exactly boost one's self-confidence. FML

Honey, I'm an overweight woman and I can tell you one thing: whether you choose to lose weight or not is your choice, but no one other than yourself will ever be able to take away your insecurities. Sure, having a romantic partner helps feeling like you're ok, but that only lasts for as long as that person stays with you - learn how to love yourself before you love others. It's a tough road, but so satisfying in the end. Don't let douches like him make you feel any less worthy!

That reminds me of how my brother met his wife, she was a bit on the bigger side too... He had a sticker on his truck that said "I lifted my truck because fat chicks can't jump" (the truck has a 6" lift and 35" tires" and she opened the door and hopped right up and said to him "we can so, cowboy"

I know it's been over said on this FML, but he's a real asshole. Not because he rejected you, but because of how rudely he decided to do it. There is nothing wrong with having personal tastes or liking a certain kind of woman, but making a woman who doesn't meet those standards feel like she isn't good enough for any guy just because she wasn't what you wanted is beyond rude. You should be thankful he showed off his idiocy that soon though. Saves you from falling for a douche bag. Good luck Op! You'll meet the right guy someday.

Wow I've heard of some wtftattoos.com stuff, but this tops a lot of what I've seen and heard of. OP he saved you, from dating a douche by branding himself as one. Most don't wear it on their arm. There are guys that do prefer bigger women. The No fat chick thing is up there with the go get me a sandwich jokes. Guys joke about it but you'd hope no one is actually shallow enough to believe it.
