Today, I had a date with a girl I've liked for a while. We went out to a nice Italian restaurant for dinner. I was obviously going to pay, but when the bill came I realized I'd forgotten my wallet. When I told her, she thought I was a cheap liar and now she won't answer my calls. FML
Today, the girl I’ve had a crush on for months told me she scored a Tinder date and she’s so excited to go out with him. Just last week, I worked up the courage to ask her to be my girlfriend and she told me she doesn’t want a relationship, and “doesn’t believe in love anymore.” FML
Today, I was introduced to the girl my current boyfriend went out with while dating me. FML

So basically she's either nosy as hell, or she actually likes you and wants to make sure you're worth it before she gets in too deep. Makes sense, I'd do it. Life's too short to spend it with someone who can't put in just as much as you do. But there is a right way to do it, haha.

Could be. I have a friend like that. She asks people she barely knows all sorts of inappropriate questions. "What do you make in a year?" "Oh you got engaged? How much did the ring cost? And congrats". She is just socially awkward and doesn't understand why people take offence.
