Today, I found out I've recently developed a bladder control issue. Every time I lift anything more than about fifteen pounds, I pee myself a little. I work in a warehouse. Heavy lifting is my job. FML

Talk to a doctor about getting pills to help with that.

Is this a recent development? Could be symptomatic of another problem.

Physical Therapy can treat that problem

Get some poise pads for the time being and then see your doctor or if you don't have health insurance go to a free clinic. You need to find out if there's an underlying medical condition causing this.

if ur skinny enough pampers is supposed to be a good diaper brand........ lol

yea wear a diaper lol or a pad...and get a different job woman

That's weird, only 15 pounds? Moving must be a bitch. Obligatory sexist response: Anyway, go be a stripper or hooker or something.

I feel you'll have to start wearing depends earlier than most, so sorry FYL.

ok people who tell this person to wear a skirt what if this person is a man?!?in no way whatsoever did this person mention their gender so.....everyone who said that is dumb

Not as dumb as you are for not noticing the gender tag (by mcpeepants (woman) ) on the post.... OP, I would just go with a bladder-specific pantyliner thingy, if it's only a "little bit." Then, you can always change it throughout the day. Much better than depends or a total job switch!

the pink circle with a line Under means female

Oh so where it gives the OP's name as "mcpeepants(woman)", what does that mean, then?

Injuries to your lower back can cause incontinence. I'd get check out by your doctor, possibly an orthopedist. Hello Workers' Comp! :-p

put it on your resume! haha
