I've known girls with this 'issue'. It's never really bothered me because, as the kids use to say it 'it's not the face you fcuk, it's the fcuk you face', or in this case the ****. Either way, he's a loser and you can probably do better.

Look, it's not all your fault, but you really need to get over the self-confidence issue. So you lost weight. Good for you! Now be comfortable with your body, and so will he. Do you know how hard it is to have sex with someone who won't take their clothes off (but expects you to)? When there are trust issues, it's hard for a guy not to think about what he's doing wrong; this in turn will make him think about sex too much during sex, which is a recipe for limp dick. It's not you, but it is you, if that makes sense. He most likely is attracted to you, but you need to expand your comfort zone. It's really not fair for you to do that to him and then get angry when everything isn't going well. Soon he'll probably start masturbating more, and frankly, it will be because you and he refused to trust and communicate with one another. It's probably going to be hard for you to change your outlook, but you'll find that it's worth it...the more you're willing to give, the more you'll get back from him.
