You're in a tough situation, but it's time to man up. Your wife has probably already hired the most vile divorce attorney she could find, and has probably already slept with him. She will petition to force you to pay her attorney fees and they (her and the attorney) will go after everything you own (not just half... that's too old fashioned). You MUST find yourself a female divorce attorney, because only a female attorney will be able to develop the pure primal hatred toward another female (your wife) that will allow you to stand a chance in this fight. In the end, you will be victorious in the same way a country is victorious in a long war: you'll lose a lot, take a lot of damage, but you'll be better off in the long run. DO NOT hire a male attorney... your wife will probably sleep with him too, and then they'll all conspire against you.

I know exactly how you feel my boy friend cheated on me, and I wasn't even aloud to be upset about it or talk to him about it at all. Its taken me a while to get over it because having your heart broken isn't an easy thing, to trust someone and give them everything to have them smash it all, throw it away like it all meant nothing hurts. You have had every reason to be upset. The reason why they dont wan't to hear about it is because they are the person doing it, not the ones recieving. They don't want to here about their **** up it happened they had their fun there over it. But if you did it to them it would be a whole other story. Now people dont understand why you stayed with her, and why your the one letting her divorce you. Thats because you love her and so therefore your willing to ober look the pain she caused you, but in the end you knew that after what she did it would never be the same. You wanted to believe it would though, but she obviously didn't want to try to make it back to the way it was. It will hurt and its going to take a while but your way better off without her, there will be someone who will think your worth your time and will treat you like gold and you will see that your ex wife is just another bump in this road called life.
