(0)Where does it say he didn't use protection? Condoms and other forms of birth control can fail without you immediately realizing it. Besides she had sex with 2 other guys. For all you know the OP may have used protection 100% of the time and one or both of the other guys didn't use protection.
I know, I just laugh at people who assume using birth control is a 100% thing. It's not. Birth control pills have a 20% failure rate and condoms are probably higher. If you go around saying well I used a condom so I'm in the clear! you're kind of a dumbass.

(+1)A 20% failure rate? Well, that's just not true. They're not 100% reliable, but both condoms and the pill have around 95%, and pretty much only fail when people don't use them right. You can't really think that one in five people who use the pill get pregnant anyway.
