He was also mad that I didn't cook him dinner. He didn't ask me to cook dinner for him. He then told me to go somewhere else if I'm not happy with him. FML

When someone gives you crap for doing something nice, just stop doing it and see if they like that better. After a few days of built up dirty dishes in the sink he'll appreciate you washing them a lot more.
