Today, I finally went running to help me start losing weight. I got 50 metres before someone in a passing car shouted out "Run fatty, run". I can't work up the courage to go for a run again. FML

Run in place, in your house. Don't go outside.

Don't let them get to you. Keep running and soon enough people will be shouting "Pump those skinny legs" and wolf whistling. Work it girl!

Take on some Headphones and upload music to your iphone/ipod/Mp3/Discman ^^ then if someone yells you won't even know it ^^ thats what i told a friend of mine to do when she felt bad about going outside :) it helped! and don't let that jerks words get to you sweetie ^^

At the risk of sounding rude, suck it up. if everyone stopped doing things because someone made fun of them once no one would ever leave their houses. you are trying to help your health, who cares what anyone says.

i hate people like that. They were in a car , theyll end up fat when you lose the weight. Karma always gets its victim. :)

Don't let those assholes get you down. but if you really don't want to exercise outside you can alwas buy a treadmill for until your weight is a little better. You can then start running outside again.

stop eating...for a week......... and see the miracle :D

Right, cause starving yourself is so much healthier than stuffing your face.

yah everyone loves that girl that can't walk without falling over from dizziness. Also that leads to anorexia, cause every boy wants a skelaton:

d'oh. Go running. Take music with you. Hear mp3s while running. And just don't care. But go running. It's good for you.

Sticks and stones may break my bones but whips and chains excite me

I've been there before... Don't give up, think that you're doing it for yourself.
