Today, I was at my boyfriend's house, meeting his family for the first time. We were all standing in the kitchen when suddenly a small white and brown mouse ran by. Out of natural instinct, I stomped on it. Turns out, it was his little sister's pet mouse that had gotten out of its cage earlier. FML

Today, I was laying in bed when my sister came running in, scared. I took my bat and went into the kitchen where the suspicious noise was coming from. It was a rat, right in the middle of the floor. I jumped on the counter and shrieked, just as my girlfriend walked in, who then actually dealt with it. FML

Today, my pet mouse demonstrated that he has bigger balls than my boyfriend, by running across the dinner table and eating off his plate, all while he jumped out of his chair, screaming like a girl. FML

Today, my sister brought her class hamster home from school. Somehow it escaped from its cage, and ran into my room. My boyfriend, thinking it was a mouse, stomped on it. I'm stuck cleaning hamster guts from my carpet, and have to explain to a kindergarten class what happened to their pet. FML

Today, I woke up at 6 a.m. and went into the kitchen, where I saw a mouse in front of the fridge. Petrified, I stood in the doorway shooing it for a few minutes. My husband then walked into the kitchen, picked up the "mouse", and threw it in the bin. It was a used tea bag. FML

Today, I came home to find a mouse in the garage. Frantic, I killed it. My 7-year-old son came home from soccer, and started crying because he couldn't find the class pet, Mr. Whiskers. I killed my son's class pet. FML

Today, I set up a mouse trap to kill the rodent plaguing my kitchen. While lying in bed, I heard an unmistakable snap, and ran to see what I'd caught. The mouse trap was missing. I now have a large, angry, and possibly dying animal running around my house. FML

okay you deserve it . ! how is it your first instinct to step on it ? is your house so DIRTY that you always have mice around ? so dirty that your use to the mice and you just squish them ?! ahndd how do you just step on a mouse. thats nasty. im not TERRIFIDE of mice of im not likee okay with seeing a micee. i would probley just run to a chair or the couch ahndd tuck my feet in. but if i wasnt scared i would NEVER just step on it ! thats nasty. you have all the blood and guts on the end of your shoes {{ i wear pretty expenive shoes so i wouldnt do it }} ahndd then you hear the squish of ihtt. That's real ****** up and i'm just wondering seeing how that mouse was a pet i think it would have been used to humans right so i don't think it would have been that scared to dart across the room in top speed. correct me if i'm wrong
