Today, I got an anonymous letter, stating my condo's community and all my neighbors can hear me having sex. Not only that, but kids gather around my window to listen. FML
Today, I came back to my dorm only to hear my neighbor having loud sex. I thought I was just thinking when I said, "At least do it against the other wall," but when I was left later on, he walked by, apologized and said that he thought I wasn't home, and promised to be more quiet next time. FML
Today, I heard my neighbors having a violent argument in their front yard. I listened in, and soon found out why the wife wasn't happy with her husband. Apparently, she had caught her husband peeking through my windows for the second time this month. FML
Today, I broke it off with my mistress so that I could work on my marriage. Shortly after, my wife received an anonymous message, saying that I'd been unfaithful. FML
Today, my landlord sent me a text asking me to please keep it down because our loud Wednesday night sex sessions are disturbing other tenants in the building. Wednesday is my night shift every week so my wife is home alone, or at least I thought she was. FML
Today, my girlfriend left a message on my phone. It was just the sounds of her having sex with somebody. FML
Today, I had to fall asleep to my next-door neighbors having sex because our walls are paper thin. What bothered me the most wasn't listening to them doing it, but knowing that she was faking it. FML
Today, I had my parents over at my new apartment. As I was telling them how quiet and peaceful my new place is, we could hear my neighbors talking nasty to each other before launching into a full-blown sex ordeal. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I heard my parents going at it upstairs. He said, "sounds like they're having more fun than we did." To make it worse, he crept to their door and put his ear to it, telling me what he heard. FML
Today, my husband and I were told by our elderly neighbors that they can hear us having sex a lot. To top it off, the elderly man said while patting his wife's arm with a smile, "Carol used to make noises like that too, back in the day." FML

I saw a Dear Abby letter that was similar. The person was looking for suggestions to politely ask their neighbour's to stop being so indiscrete. Abby suggested an anonymous note, to save them embarassment. Abby is usually right. In this case, OP has nothing to feel bad about. These days, cheating on someone is risking their life or herpes etc... The dirty dog deserved to be found out, OP could have inadvertently saved the wife's life!

wats wrong with them having sex during the day...those hours arent "disturbing the peace" hours, so why would u do that anyway...why would u go write a note getting in sumones business that isnt yours during daytime hours??!! ...that just baffles me... ur an ass

Assuming this was an apartment, there's no such thing as "disturbing the peace" hours. People work from home or work night jobs, the elderly, babies, and young kids are home at that time, etc. When you live in an apartment, you have to abide by certain rules at all hours, whether the rules are in the lease or just a matter of common courtesy. Loud sex is a bad idea, especially if you're trying to hide an affair.
