Today, my husband and I got into an argument over him not brushing his teeth. It ended with him snapping his toothbrush in half. He's 52. FML

He cant complain when you don't want that nasty mouth coming near you. i wonder if he'd care that plaque is thousands of bacteria that excrete harmful acids to the teeth. Decay and a whole range of periodontal problems can occur, leaving a huge hole in his wallet at his next dental appointment. FYL

If he refuses to brush, he probably doesn't bother to go to the dentist either.

At his age he could end up losing his teeth if he doesn't brush them

What gets me is he was actually angry enough about such a minor situation to break something. FYL, OP. I don't even want to imagine how he reacts to other scenarios.

Prepare for morning breath.. all day...

I don't blame him, toothpaste is really nasty.

Well, I know someone who won't be getting kisses. Yuck.

You're not the only one.. I have to force my boyfriend to brush his teeth every morning so I can endure kissing him. The only thing that draws him towards brushing his teeth is his "cool" electric toothbrush.
