Today, my dad told me he was planning to have his steady girlfriend over for dinner. He's only had a few relationships since he and my mom split up when I was very young, so I was excited to meet the woman. He then told me that I knew her already. My dad is dating my aunt on my mothers side. FML

Today, my dad told me he has been dating my boyfriend's mom while I was away at college. They have gotten pretty serious, and are thinking about getting married. I might be dating my stepbrother. FML
Today, I just found out my dad got remarried a year ago. The woman is officially living with us, I got to have lunch with her alone today. I found out she is only 22, with a 14 year-old little brother. My dad's 47. I'm 17, now with a 14 year-old uncle, and a mom that can pass for my girlfriend. FML
Today, I brought my boyfriend of a year and a half to meet my parents. Turns out he dated my mom. This should be a fun dinner. FML
Today, my mother invited me to a nice restaurant to meet her boyfriend whom she's been seriously dating for a month. Imagine my surprise when she led me to a table and my boyfriend's father stood up, shocked, to greet me. Rather than being horrified, she is now planning double dates every week. FML
Today, I was introduced to my dad's girlfriend of six months. I've already heard them sleeping together several times, and seen her car pull away early in the morning. After meeting face to face, I also learned that she's only two years older than me. FML
Today, I found out my dad is dating my dead mom's best friend. FML
Today, I learned who my dad's new fiancée is. Upon meeting her she exclaimed, "My, I haven't seen you in a while!" She's my ex-boyfriend's mom. FML
Today, my girlfriend's mom and my dad met for the first time. We discovered that they are each other's exes, and not only that, my girlfriend, whom I have been dating, hanging out, confiding with, being intimate with, shared each other's first times, and plan to marry, is actually my half-sister. FML
Today, I introduced my girlfriend to my dad. I thought it was a good idea at the time, at least until he took her aside for a private chat. During the chat, he told her all about my two previous marriages and advised her to "get out while you can". FML
Today, my dad introduced me to my half-sister. He'd only recently found out that he had another daughter by another woman, and had only just met her. She and I have been in the same class in school for the past three years. FML

Its not inbreeding at all. Although, If they had children, you and your half siblings would have the exact same set of grandparents. In a way that is nice because they are like whole-siblings. Apart from the debate that it might not be morally wrong out of respect for the dead etc, there is no reason why this is, genetically speaking, wrong. It makes sense he likes her because she is probably very similar to what your mom was like. I do feel bad for you though, especially if it makes you feel really awkward.

No dumbass, not at all, at what point does being in a relationship with someone make them your blood relative. No ceremony and no amount of sex will magically make two people from different families blood related

I don't see this as a big issue. OP's parents split up a long time ago, so the wounds should be healed over. Her father has had some relationships since then, so it's NOT like he dumped her mother for her aunt, or (presumably) dumped her because he was cheating with her aunt. I'm also assuming that she has a relationship with her aunt, so her father's new girlfriend will get along with her. It could be much, much, much worse. Not a FML

Actually, it's not considered abnormal in some cultures if a person marries their dead spouse's sibling.

My father did that. My brother and I and our aunt son were all pretty young though so it wasn't that weird. We just consider her our mother now and her son our step-brother
