Try eating a few saltines to keep your blood sodium up and reduce your nausea. If you're drinking a ton of water this will help. I hope you feel better soon!

Strangely I actually enjoy the feeling of trying to throw up while my stomach is empty, I mean like when your stomach contracts it feels good despite the dry heaving. Be mindful that sometimes drinking fluids when your really sick can set off your stomach and make you throw up again... you just need to wait for your stomach to settle then rehydrate.

You're also apparently so sick, that you could post this online. lol. Also, you're supposed to drink plenty of fluids when you're sick, you need to keep your body hydrated. Feel better, and brush your teeth after you puke!
