Today, I'm in agony. I can't eat or drink anything without being in pain, including water. Doctors don't know what's wrong with me, and can only prescribe me painkillers I can only take 3 times a day. FML

So the FML is that you're sick? Everyone gets sick. You're supposed to drink fluids to prevent dehydration when you puke.

Yikes, that's no fun. I remember when I was heaving chunks due to a bad case of salmonella, which wad caused by eating too much salmon and nutella!

just spent four days in the hospital with nothing to eat or drink, NPO as they call it. It was a nightmare. Keep drinking, or else you are going the throw up bile. Now that is a nightmare. Trust me.

That makes sense. It's bad for you to vomit pure stomach bile, the acid is extremely harmful. Hence why many bulimic people have awful looking teeth.

It sounds crazy, OP, but continue to drink lots of fluids and lay on the couch, belly to the couch, ball up your fists, and place them on your lower stomach. It may be uncomfortable at first, but the pressure will ease the tensing of the stomach,(which is making you want to vomit), and you'll feel better! Drink lots of liquids! Eat some chicken noodle soup! And, if you have one, cut a lemon in half and smell the citrus aroma. A couple home-remedies for you! Get well soon, OP! :)
