Once, I didnt poo for 12 days, I started to panic so I took a bunch of laxitives. My best friend was the toilet for the whole day. Every 10 minutes. I couldnt even finish thanksgiving dinner without leaving three times to do the deed

What exactly about not being able to defecate is panic inducing? You pull up your pants and simply carry yourself down to just about any corner store to buy a laxative or stool softer. Even gas stations carry them now. If things this trivial are causing you panic attacks, you should probably get yourself some therapy.

If OP has an anxiety disorder, panic attacks aren't something you can generally 'grow up' to get over. I find your comment quite rude considering we don't know the mental state of OP. It's like telling a schizophrenic to 'grow up and stop hearing voices in your head'; seems quite insensitive if you ask me.
