Sounds more like his FML - And not because your judging him by his penis size, because sexual compatibility is a huge part of a successful relationship, and he probably isn't pleasing you the way you want him to. But moreso because he's going to go through his life dealing with a lot of girls he feels connected to but he can't please the right way.

Artic, ignore what most of these people are saying. You have a right to be disappointed. The larger a guy is, the less good he needs to be in bed to satisfy a woman. This just means that your man needs to really learn what works for you. Hopefully, he's into a lot of foreplay. I'd also suggest a lot of teasing and talking to each other about every sex fantasy you two have. Try different things. Don't be afraid to buy books on how to maximize pleasure.
