Today, I discovered that the "dish soap" my sister uses to clean our dishes when it's her turn, is actually a semi-toxic floor cleaner. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, I found out my mother cleans the dishes with bathroom cleaning chemicals. She doesn't see anything wrong with this. FML
Today, my mum got the idea of switching to a different dishwashing detergent. The new one is so strong that it coats all the dishes in a nauseating perfume-like smell. It's so pungent that it gets absorbed into everything we eat or drink. She's determined to use up the entire bottle. FML
Today, I finally found out why my fish were dying in their tank. My younger sister had been spraying detergent in there because she wanted "to make the fish smell like lemons". FML
Accidentally?
Today, my brother sprayed the entire kitchen, including all the dishes, with industrial strength spray adhesive, thinking it was disinfectant. I'm the one who got to clean it up. FML
Experimental
Today, while showering, I pulled on my white exfoliating gloves ready to wash my face. As I was about to use them, a dark stain caught my eye so I sniffed the mark, only to discover it was poop. After further investigation, I found out my younger sister had been wearing them and "experimenting". FML
Today, I found out the crappy shampoo I've been borrowing from my girlfriend is actually "feminine wash." FML
Deadly cocktail
Today, my very sheltered girlfriend decided to surprise me by cleaning our apartment. Although she grew up with housekeepers and maids, I thought it was common knowledge that you don’t try cleaning the bathroom with both bleach and ammonia. We still can’t go back inside our place. FML
Chloramine time
Today, my girlfriend offered to wash the bathroom while I was at work. I came back home to find her feeling unwell with a bad headache. She had mixed drain cleaner with bleach because she thought it would make the bathroom cleaner. Now my entire house is a mini gas chamber. FML
Today, after the last few months of my sister living with me while she finds her feet, I asked if she could help me out by doing the washing up. Half an hour later, I walked into knee high dish soap foam in the kitchen. My sister was right in the middle, trying to sculpt dicks. She's 20. FML
Today, my sister decided to wake me up by pumping handwash into my open mouth. FML

Hopefully your dishwasher has a powerful rinse cycle.

#22, the "dishwasher" is the sister, not a machine. Unless, the sister is a robot that is trying to kill off all the humans slowly, Dunh! Dunh! Dunh!

He's thinking the machines that do it for you. They may not have one though. He thinks the sister my be using the cleaner in the dishwasher instead of dish soap.

What's the big deal? With GMO we are getting highly toxic chemicals in our foods. Being poisoned slot keeps life interesting.
Thorzix 23
You're seriously retarded if you think GMO's involve dangerous chemicals.

#23 so you wouldn't mind if I slip you cyanid then...since it will make your life a little interesting?

27 look up and see what dioxin does to people. You may want to look up agent orange while you are at it. Considering I've lost lived ones to dioxin and am sick myself from it, I think I have my proof that it is dangerous. If they are willing to put that into our food, no telling what else they are willing to put in. And sorry the sarcasm was missed.... Screwing around with chemicals is a sore spot for me for the reasons stated above.

The FDA (if you're in America, I don't know about other countries) allows semi-toxic things in your everyday items. Chemicals that absorb into your skin and can cause cancer, hormone imbalance, Alzheimer's, and other serious diseases. But they allow it, because the "dose" each time is low, think about it read your deodorant ingredients and look them up. There are toxins that absorb into your skin and make it easier for other chemicals to absorb, there are even toxins in the so called "all natural" deodorants. There are toxins in your food, preservatives and other things injected into your meats to make them LOOK delicious. Why should pasta sauce have 20 ingredients and more than half most people can't pronounce?
