@3 If she didn't want to she's not obligated to just because it's their anniversary. We don't know if her not wanting anything physical is a regular thing or if she just happened to not want anything on their anniversary.

This needs a follow up. Was she upset for some reason? Has this been an on going issue? Did she turn you down when you initiated a kiss? Too many questions to know if it's YDI or FML. But communication is key. If this is an on going issue and you're uncomfortable with it, then you need to address it.
