Today, I made a delicious casserole for dinner. Just as I was about to serve it, a bowl fell from the cupboard above, exploded on the counter and made it rain tiny, sharp glass shards on my food. I can't pick them all out. FML

Today, I woke up earlier to food prep for lunch later. Just as I was preparing the ingredients, I dropped a thick glass saucer on the kitchen counter and it shattered like a hail storm - everywhere in the kitchen. I ended up spending more time cleaning it out and obviously logged in to work later than usual. FML

...hmm.. you know that the laws of physics (which explains why the glass broke my wrist) is not everyone's strength? ;-) oh and just btw. calcium affects your bone structure, the wrist although is a JOINT and not a bone! therefore, calcium has no affect whatsoever on it! seems like bio isn't really your cup of tea either? ;-) greetings from germany

whitecitrus- you can't actually break your wrist joint...when someone says he/she broke his wrist, what it really means is he broke one of the many bones in the area of the wrist...so calcium COULD have an effect. (although, a heavy enough jar could break a small bone no matter how much calcium, etc. one consumes) does the OP deserve it for "not having enough calcium", well no, because that was probably not a contributing factor. but really, making fun of someone for not knowing bio while thinking you can actually "break" a joint is a little silly
